She has chlorophyll in her cells which causes her to have no need for food. All she requires is a ton of water and sun. She can drink any form of water. If you can give to plants you can give it to her. She requires 8-9 hours of sun for a healthy dose, but she can get by with as much as 5-7 hours. She can sprout thorns, turn into a tree, flower like a plant and perform photosynthesis. She can perform a transformation fairly fast although transform fully is something she has never attempted due to the fact that she doesn't know if she can change back. So just her outside changes although she retains her human senses.

Wandering through one of the forests the sticky humid air led Tracy to cast off her worn gray jacket. She had been homeless for five years and had never felt better. Running her hand through her grassy hair and found that it had flowered. Frowning she was surprised at her findings. The flowers meant that it was late May. Her birthday came up soon. Either that or it had passed. Shrugging it off she continued the walk. She thought back to her parents. Did they miss her? Or was she now just another runaway mutant? Jumping a small brook she tried her best to push all thoughts of her parents and her personal life out of her head. Stopping at the brook she took out her water bottle and refilled it. Taking a swig she could feel it run through her body giving her shivers as it was processed. Walking out of the forest she reached a field that was probably once used for farms although it had long been abandoned. Laying down in the grass she absorbed the sun. Hearing nothing but birds and footsteps she closed her eyes. Wait, footsteps? Standing up she quickly felt her body harden and stretch up as it became treelike. Stretching her arms up she sprouted leaves and waited. The person walked around for a while before leaving. It wasn't uncomfortable in plant-form but it made her sore to keep her muscles like this for too long. Relaxing the leaves were sucked back and disappeared into her skin. Laying down again she soaked up the sun.
