Personality: Mia is an odd person to understand, if you we're to meet her on the street you might describe her as a kind girl that just wants to have a little fun. If you were to understand how she thinks it might surprise you to learn she would be diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder, a sociopath, she is reckless, irresponsible, impulsive, and a liar. she is the type of person that can quickly gain peoples trust and hold little value to it.

Explanation: If she is forced into a fight her most common tactic is to use her set of skills to play herself off as being helpless, this is to tap into an attacker or bystanders sense of pity, after she is successful she twists the feeling to the point that someone will defend her. She is not above ego-stroking or flirting to achieve this.
Pros: Her main tactic works extremely well due to how disarming she looks and acts.
Cons: She is not physically strong or fast, you might call her weak, therefore if an average person was able to hold their emotions in check they would have little trouble overpowering her.

History
Mia lived most of her life with her mom, her father dead due to an accident at his workplace while she was still a baby. She lived a poor life yet her mother did anything she could to give Mia the best life she could, despite her mothers attempt to hide it she was witness to lying, cheating, and stealing at a young age and she quickly learned that that was ok.
When Mia entered school she quickly learned to hide what others would call her negative traits and the teacher passed it off as a phase. By the time she was finished elementary school she was well liked by her teachers and received very high grades. Going into junior high she discovered her powers as they we're rather uncontrollable she would often use them by mistake, leading to an onset of fatigue in class that teachers had noticed. In time she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, something that the treatment managed to help minimize but not cure.
Mia entered high school, in the time that had pasted she had a better understanding of her powers and was able to control herself and cure herself of her "illness" to get herself back on track. After graduation at the second in her class she went off the university for the next six years to earn herself a masters degree in sociology. After finishing school she began to travel for the next year, paying her way(and her loan) with the dime of who ever she managed to trick into it. It's was just over a year when she received her invite into the Scarlet Hood and out of interest Mia joined.

Here she was, Atlanta, the place she had heard about on the news. What possessed her to travel all the way from Ottawa was pure interest, the idea of finding more useful people in her schemes may have played a part as well. Mia walked down the crowded street wearing a nice new outfit that she had managed to pick up during her latest adventure, it wasn't much really just something that would leave one poor boy a couple hundred dollars in the hole and a very angry girlfriend.
Mia turned into the mall, not to say she hadn't seen her fair share of big malls but this was pretty huge. As she made her way to the food court she couldn't help but window shop, she couldn't help but notice some of the skirts on display and with the weather down here being what it was she contemplated picking up a few pairs while waiting in line for drink of juice. A smile ran across her face as she sat down looking for her next victim.
