Personality:Splatter is usually quiet and peaceful. He rather keep to himself than interact with others. He likes to study, though he rarely does so and he all around prefers to stay inside without light. When he is alone that is when he feels the best. However, though he prefers to stay inside, if he's aloud to cause chaos and misfortune, than he would rather go outside and do so. After all, it is a form of interacting with the world outside of himself. He likes messing things up and causing destruction and he enjoys seeing people fear him. While mean at first, Blackout is actually a very smart kid. He is able to easily understand most things and come up with complex plans or ideas in a short time. He is often praised for this though he doesn't really care for what others have to say to or about him.

Splatter can manipulate his bones, in several way. He can grow them, to replace bones he removed or to make them bigger for a better chance of defense or to prevent people from getting too close to him. He can remove his own bones to use as a weapon or to use for something as simple as keeping a door open. He has special purple blood that he can use in any way he wants. He can make it harden, he could make the amount of blood grow to a certain extent, he can use it as a projectile or he can use it to trap people by expanding his blood to form an orb around them or something similar. Also, due to his bones growing out of his skin, he has become able to regenerate body parts, muscle and skin.

History:Splatter was raised in a small apartment with his parents and three other siblings. He was always one to keep to himself because he knew that he was different from his family. He had always experimented with his power in secret and never thought he'd seriously have to use them when he progressed quite far. One day, he was sitting in his room as his parents slept. He was reading an encyclopedia trying to learn more about his condition and trying to see if there was any other ways he could manipulate his body. But, as he reached the section, he heard one of his siblings scream and he rushed to see it. He may have kept to himself, but he loved him family. But, as he got there, he saw some guy dressed in all black covering his sisters mouth and nose and she fell unconscious. At this point, he lost himself and bones protruded from his body in all directions and killed, the man, and his siblings. He was the only sibling left alive when the police arrived and took him to jail. He easily escaped though and was forced to wander the streets alone and eventually discovered scarlet hood.
Sample RP:Yami's arms and legs shook as he held up his staff defending himself from his father's fierce attacks. He was breathing heavily trying not to be hit again because it hurt him severely. On his face, there was nothing but hate and pain and it all was directed towards his father. As his father knocked his guard off and aimed for the final blow, a shinobi fell from the sky and slammed his foot directly down on his father's head. Yami was surprised. From that one kick, his father became unconscious. He watched as the mysterious shinobi stabbed his father in the back repeatedly, but Yami was too weak to move his body. While watching his father being murdered, he came to a realization. His father hadn't hated him, but he had wanted to protect him.
